What This Sign Means
Red arrows control specific turning movements separately from the main signal. The through lanes may have green while the turn lane faces a red arrow.
What You Should Do
Stop and wait. Do not turn against a red arrow even if the way looks clear.
Knowledge Test Tip
Unlike a solid red ball, a red arrow generally means no turn at all in that direction — don't apply the right-on-red rule to red arrows in test questions.
