Shared Centre Turn Lane
The centre lane marked with yellow lines and opposing arrows is for left turns by traffic from BOTH directions.
What This Sign Means
A two-way left-turn lane lets vehicles from either direction enter to complete left turns. It's never for through travel or passing.
What You Should Do
Enter the lane just before your turn, signal, slow down, and complete the turn when oncoming traffic clears. Watch for vehicles entering from the opposite direction.
Knowledge Test Tip
Two rules tested: you may NOT use this lane to pass or travel, and you should enter it close to your turn point — not cruise along it.
